What have you given up to obey the Lord and to serve Him? Do you feel that those sacrifices would go unrewarded?Sometimes, we give up so fast because we have yet to truly believe that God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
He has a record of every effort, work, contribution and commitment that you have made in obedience to Him. And He has promised to reward us accordingly.
Our anchor scripture is valid proof that God is faithful to fulfil his promises. If you have given up anything for God – it could be your most valued time, an important relationship, a job you loved so much, your choice of career, your daily game, even your closest association – in obedience to His instructions, don’t be discouraged. He sees all your sacrifices. You shall be duly rewarded.
