“Praise ye the Lord. Praise ye the Lord from the heavens: praise him in the heights. Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.”

Psalm 148:1-2

Let’s do something unique today by taking into account all that we can remember of what God has done for us. Truly, we will be amazed that His blessings are more than what we can write, and there are countless more that we cannot even recall. How about those silent, unseen things He does without our awareness? Have we considered how good God has been to us?

Indeed, the Scriptures recount God’s mighty works in the lives of the Israelites—how they conquered through their journey to the Promised Land by His help. A songwriter once wrote: “He has done me well, no doubt about it: He’s done what no man can do. Jesus, He’s done what no man can do.”

Beloved, we cannot deny the fact that God has done so much for us. We must always be grateful to Him for bestowing such great love upon us. Over and over again, He keeps showing up, doing the impossible, and making our lives a living testament of His goodness.

Charge: Let us then continually give thanks. Truly, our lives are a testimony that “The Lord has done great things for us, and we are glad” (Psalm 126:3).
