“For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; His countenance doth behold the upright.”

Psalm 11:7

Righteousness is not merely a moral standard God demands; it is the very expression of His nature, the alignment of all things according to His truth. Psalm 11:7 reveals a God who is actively engaged in setting things right—restoring order where there is distortion, and bringing clarity where there is confusion.

To “see His face” is more than a promise—it is the reward of alignment. The righteous are those who have allowed God to correct their paths, refine their motives, and establish truth within them. This is not achieved by outward performance alone, but by an inward yielding to His transforming work.

There is a boldness that belongs to the righteous: the ability to look upon God without fear or shame. This is not because they are flawless, but because they have been made right and continue to walk in that light. When a life is aligned with God’s truth, there is nothing to hide, or conceal.

Charge: To see His face, then, is to live in open fellowship with Him—standing tall, fully known, and unashamed before God who delights in righteousness.
