“In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;”
Ephesians 1:7
Imagine drawing water from an endless ocean—no matter how much is taken, the supply remains untouched. So it is with God’s grace. It does not diminish, it does not run dry, and it is never exhausted by our need. What He gives is not from limitation, but from abundance.
Consider a debtor who owes a sum so vast that repayment is impossible. Every attempt only deepens the awareness of insufficiency. Then, unexpectedly, the debt is not just reduced—it is completely paid off, and the debtor is welcomed into favour as though no debt ever existed. This is the depth of His grace. Through the blood of Christ, redemption was secured FULLY.
Forgiveness was granted freely. And it was done according to divine riches, not human reasoning. Grace does not merely cancel sin; it restores totally and wholly. To live in the depth of His grace is to abandon the mindset of earning and embrace the reality of receiving. It is to walk daily with the consciousness that you are forgiven, not because you have perfected your ways, but because Christ has finished the work.
Charge: When you truly understand the richness of His grace, you no longer strive for acceptance; you live from it. And in that place, your life becomes a reflection of the same grace.
