“God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.”
Psalm 46:5
The psalmist in our opening Scripture, reminds us that when God dwells in the midst of His people, stability and strength are assured. We shall not be moved. Not by fear; not by trial; not by the uncertainty of life.
He shall help us, and that right early. His help comes timely, exactly when it is needed — not too late, not too soon, but in perfect divine precision. Security in God’s hands is not a promise of the absence of challenges, but a guarantee of unwavering support through them.
As we close 2025 today, know that no circumstance can dislodge you when God is your anchor. Let your heart trust in His timing, your spirit rejoice in His protection, and your life stand firm on the assurance that the Almighty Himself is at your centre.
Charge: Go and be merry! For God is with you and has answered your prayers.
