“Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him.”
Exodus 23:20-21
God watches over His own. He will never leave us comfortless or without a guide. He has brilliant plans for our lives. His overshadowing presence is always with us at every point of our lives. When we go through fire, He is there; when we go through the waters, He is there with us. He will never leave you alone.
We might have felt all alone sometimes in our lives as if God has neglected us. At this period, it seems like our prayers are hindered, and the promises of God are delayed. Sometimes, it seems as if God has neglected or forgotten us.
The reason for this most times is our iniquities. Sin hinderes us from accessing His presence. Sin is a setback to every believer. Sin will not allow you to enter into the will of God ( where He has prepared for you).
As much as possible stay away from sin! This is the only way the angel God has appointed to watch over you can be efficient. If you live in sin, you’re only telling God that you don’t need Him and you can go through life without His guidance.
Do not forget our scripture for today: “…I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way… Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him.”
