“Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ear.”
2 Timothy 4: 2-3
The world from the beginning has always opposed the truth both in words and actions. The Garden of Eden depicts this notion in clear terms illustrating the continuous attempt of the enemy to hinder the manifestation of God’s word.
Some seasons can be favourable or otherwise; nonetheless, children of God are expected to preach sound doctrine as described by the scriptures for today. We should be sensitive to preaching the saving grace, which is the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ at all times because certain times are upon us. The scripture mentioned that these times come prepared to deceive people who will not be able to endure sound doctrine.
From the book of Romans 10:14, a part of the scripture asks an important question, “And how shall they hear without a preacher?” As a believer, we have been saved by grace and called to minister this saving grace to lost souls. May we be sold out to preaching the gospel to every creature in Jesus’ name. (Amen).

Thought for the day: We are saved to save others by preaching the gospel to nations, starting from our environment.
Stay blessed.
