Marriage is beautiful. It was created by an intentional God who does nothing lightly, and as such Christians must strive to understand and honor it.
We must also desire to do marriage in the way God intended it to be. There’s a fight today against the institution ordained by God for companionship, sex, and procreation, and we must be alert to the devices of the devil. If the devil is so obvious about his hatred for marriage and all it produces, why then do we take such a matter with levity?
Under God, marriage is a positive catalyst for your purpose on earth, and the raising of men and women that will impact the world positively. We cannot afford to take this for granted. We cannot afford to choose randomly to satisfy a wish or shut the mouths of people. This is something that must be worked out carefully, even when you are not yet married.
If you are married, please seek to understand how God views marriage. Understand how much marriage means to God, and refuse to let anything mar your marriage. Be very alert of the devices of the devil and submit continually to the Holy Ghost.
