“God thundereth marvellously with his voice; great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend. For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength.”

Job 37:5-6

Beloved, creation obeys God’s call—sun, moon, stars, seas, and mountains respond to His command. From the dawn of time, creation has been tuned to the voice of its Creator.

God’s call brings order to chaos, seasons change, waves obey, demonstrating His control. As stewards of creation, we must align with God’s call, caring for His world. The wind blows where He sends it, the sun rises when He ordains it, and the rain falls to nourish the earth. Creation does not resist His call; it responds with perfect harmony.

Humanity, unlike the rest of creation, often struggles with divided hearts. Yet the natural world reminds us of the beauty of surrender. Just as the lilies bloom without striving, we too are invited to rest in His will. Every sunrise is a sermon, every bird’s song a hymn, every star a testimony. Creation points us back to the One who spoke it into existence, urging us to join in its chorus of praise.

Charge: Recognise God’s authority over creation—respect, steward, and honour His call in all aspects of life.
