God desires that everyone come to repentance and revere Him as the one and only true God. As children of God and representatives of Jesus Christ on earth, we must seek to fulfil the Lord’s desire by reaching out to people till they all come to the knowledge of God.
Every unbeliever or sinner is a potential soul to be won for the Lord and we must understand that all nations must see the glory of God through our lives. The mercy of God has called us out of darkness into His marvellous light, and our light must shine before all men that they may see the Lord and come to know Him as God.
From today’s devotional Scripture, it is of surety that God will be known by all, and people will forsake unrighteousness to seek the righteous Lord. Our verse also illustrates the profound impact of God’s cleansing and saving grace in the lives of individuals seeking transformation and renewal. We can rest assured that God is committed to cleansing His people and restoring them to a right relationship with Him.
Charge: We have been called to be the Lord’s people. Will you stand on the Lord’s side, today?
