“For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have showed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.”
Hebrews 6:10
There are times when serving God and others feels unnoticed. You may wonder if your sacrifices, prayers, and acts of kindness truly matter. But God, who sees all things, never forgets the labour of love you have shown in His name. While people may overlook or fail to appreciate your efforts, God keeps an eternal record.
Every prayer you have prayed for someone, every word of encouragement, every act of generosity, none of it is wasted. Even the small, unseen deeds done out of love for God hold eternal significance. Jesus Himself said that even giving a cup of cold water in His name will not go unrewarded (Matthew 10:42).
The world may measure success by recognition and applause, but God measures it by faithfulness and love. Keep serving with joy, knowing that your labour is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). God will reward you in due time, whether in this life or in eternity. He is just, and He never forgets.
Charge: Do not grow weary in doing good. Keep loving, keep serving, and keep giving, even when no one acknowledges you. Your reward is with God, and He is always faithful to remember.
