“And he took the seven loaves, and gave thanks, and break, and gave to his disciple“Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.”
Mark 9:23
Today, God wants to speak to you on faith. As you can see in the above scripture, Jesus said, “If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.” That means that there are no impossibilities for those who believe in Jesus. Those who believe in God attract and exercise positive energy in their activities because they know that no matter what they face, God will come through for them. Philippians 4:13 says, “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.”
You can achieve whatever you set your heart to do with your faith in God. And when you pray, “…whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” Mark 11:24. Some people’s prayers seem unanswered because of the unbelief they abhor in their hearts.
James 1:6-8 says, “But when you pray, you must believe and not doubt at all. Whoever doubts is like a wave in the sea that is driven and blown about by the wind.If you are like that, unable to make up your mind and undecided in all you do, you must not think that you will receive anything from the Lord.” A doubtful heart won’t be able to receive anything from God because even when God has answered his prayers, he won’t be able to see it.
How well do you believe in God? Let it be known unto you that the level of your faith in God will determine how far you can go in life and ultimately determines your destiny.
Our Lord Jesus tells us that with our faith, even as small as a mustard seed, we can tell the mountain to move from here to there, and it will obey (Matthew 17:20). Be reminded mountain in that context could be anything. It could be a challenge you’re passing through, a contract you’re putting in for, your marriage, your children’s behaviour, the fruit of the womb, unemployment, etcetera.
Faith in God is very important if we want to go far in life. In this new month, pray that God should boost your faith in Him and remove every iota of doubt in you.
