“And the Philistines were afraid, for they said, God is come into the camp. And they said, Woe unto us! for there hath not been such a thing heretofore. Woe unto us! Who shall deliver us out of the hand of these mighty Gods? These are the Gods that smote the Egyptians with all the plagues in the wilderness.”

1 Samuel 4:7-8

A divine reputation does not fade with time. It echoes through generations. It speaks before you arrive. It unsettles opposition before you lift a finger.

When God consistently shows Himself strong in a family, a ministry, or a life, even adversaries remember. They may not serve Him, but they respect His track record.

A reputation from yesterday cannot replace obedience today. You cannot live off inherited glory. The goal is to host the presence of God so consistently that even future generations benefit from it.

Charge: Is the accuser of the believer afraid of who lives inside you? If you die now, will your reputation be remembered for good?
