“Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world.”
Acts 15:18
An unknown king once plotted evil against another known king by setting an ambush on his familiar route. The known king got a hint from his servants not to pass through his usual route and he obeyed. The unknown king repeated his evil plot again, but failed because the known king heeded his servants’ warning not to pass that route.
Meanwhile, the unknown king got angry with his servants thinking they had conspired with the known king and revealed his evil plans. The servants denied and claimed not guilty, but they suspected that a prophet always gets to listen to the king’s conversation even when he is in his bedchamber. The prophet then informs the servants of the known king, who in return, report to their master, the known king. Amazing how the known king always gets to know the plans of the unknown king!
Beloved, from the brief illustration, we can understand that the devil is oblivious of God’s wondrous acts. The devil is unaware and will continue to be in a state of confusion till his final judgment. Our God is aware of it all and will continue to direct our paths as we consciously trust and obey Him.
Charge: We can’t hide from the all-knowing God; it’s time to surrender and yield to the leading of His Spirit.
