“Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him.”
2 Chronicles 32:7
King Hezekiah spoke these words at a time when Judah was confronted by the mighty Assyrian army. Their strength, weapons, and numbers were far beyond Judah’s, but even in the face of that seemingly insurmountable enemy force, Hezekiah reminded the people that victory does not depend on the size of the army, but on the presence of God.
Many times, life confronts us with financial pressures, health challenges, or unseen fears. But when God is with you, every giant becomes small, and every wall can fall. His presence turns impossibility into testimony.
Like Hezekiah, your confidence must not be in yourself but in the Almighty God. When you remember who fights for you, fear loses its grip. You may not have all the resources, but when He is with you, you have all that truly matters.
Charge: The Lord is mighty to save, and faithful to deliver.
