“Thus saith God the Lord, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein.”
Isaiah 42:5
We are reminded through today’s Scripture about the creative works of our God. There is a need to acknowledge God as the giver of all things in our lives. When needs arise in our lives, who do we turn to for help? It is expedient that every child of God must know that God should be prioritised before anyone or anything else whenever we are in need.
Beloved, the God that transformed the earth which was without form, and void into a beautiful place for all to live in comfortably; can be completely trusted. When we trust in the Lord, in the light of His word, He sheds His glory on our way.
As we continue in our faith journey, we must first of all appreciate God for giving us all things pertaining to life and godliness. Afterwards, we can ask the Lord for anything and He will grant us according to His will.
Charge: He gives to all liberally. Ask, and it will be given, but before asking, thank Him.
