“Therefore now, LORD, let the thing that thou hast spoken concerning thy servant and concerning his house be established for ever, and do as thou hast said.”

1 Chronicles 17:23-24

I wonder what else the world is in search of, when all we need is clearly written in the Scriptures. The Bible, written from the historical, the promises, and the prophetical standpoint is made to contain all that pertains to life and godliness; for now, and the future. The Bible is the Word of God; the compass, otherwise known as a manual for Christian living, is carefully crafted with every believer in mind.

For those in search of wisdom, it is established that “it is able to make you wise.” Romans 15:4. For the broken-hearted, it contains verses of assurance and promises of joy coming at the latter end. Romans 15:13. Even to the bereaved is constantly echoed comfort and peace across the Scripture: John 16:20-21.

Don’t let your feet be shaken, nor be made to believe that you need something other than your faith, not works to receive the promises. As simple as the Word of God, the Scripture says, “it is a two-edged sword.” Hebrews 4:12. This implies that the potency of God’s word does not include the ability to fail, but rather that every spoken and written word is to come into full actualisation.

Charge: Declare His Word at all times because nothing spoken concerning you shall fail, but will come to manifest just at the right time.
