“How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.”

Acts 10:38

When God sends, He equips, backs up, and confirms His Word with undeniable results. Today’s verse showcases Jesus’ ministry, marked by kindness, mercy, and love, demonstrating God’s heart for humanity

Jesus did not move in His own authority. He was anointed, empowered, and divinely endorsed by God. The source of His effectiveness was not human effort but the presence of God with Him. The same principle holds true for us. Too often, we struggle because we run before we are sent, or we attempt to serve without seeking God who empowers.

As believers, we can trust in Jesus’ authority and power, knowing that He is with us in challenging situations. Pause and ask yourself: Am I going in my own strength, or am I moving because God has sent me? The difference between struggle and success, between defeat and victory, is the presence and backing of the Almighty.

Charge: Be assured that God always defends whoever he sends with signs and wonders.
