“For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among the heathen, saith the LORD of hosts.”

Malachi 1:11

The fulfillment of this scripture began in the book of Acts, on the day of Pentecost, and was further established through the ministry of Apostle Paul—a devoted apostle to the Gentiles. Today, this prophecy continues to unfold as the gospel spreads rapidly across the globe.

Malachi, though recognized as one of the minor prophets in the Old Testament due to the brevity of his writings, carried an assignment that was anything but minor. He delivered a profound prophecy of the future—one that is being fulfilled in our time. His message points to the inclusion of the Gentiles in God’s plan, a privilege granted by grace to those who were once considered undeserving of God’s love and the blessings of Abraham.

Through salvation in Jesus Christ, we have been grafted into the olive tree, becoming partakers of His divine fellowship. This great privilege comes with a responsibility: we are called to propagate the gospel, sharing the good news with the world so that all who hear it may be saved.

Charge: Grace has qualified you to share the good news and save others. Do not take His grace for granted.
