“For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.”
Malachi 4:1
According to the description in our verse for today, that day will be such a terrible day. A day where there will be anguish and tears. Words won’t be enough to describe that day.
How fortunate we are because we’re aware of this day. Now that it has been revealed unto us accordingly to the scripture, it will be so unfortunate and disheartening if we also end up in getting punished with the unbelievers on that day.
The Word of God has come to us in order for us to check our lives and make necessary adjustments. The word of God for us today is imploring us to examine our lives and see if we don’t belong to any of the categories of the people mentioned above, and if we do, we must ensire to repent and make necessary resolution.
