Have you ever found yourself wondering if God can really do all things? Are you scared to ask because you’re not so sure it will be answered, and you’d prefer to avoid heartbreak?
Dear Christian, there really is nothing too hard for God to do. Check His track record. He made the earth from a void. He caused a child to come from Sarah’s loins. Even in your life, He did that thing which seemed so far and impossible for you.
But if you’re asking why He doesn’t seem to be answering a particular prayer when there is nothing too hard for Him to do, then you must understand that sometimes mercy speaks in a different voice than you’re used to.
If a God who could create the earth by His words, withholds His words in this situation of yours, then He who sees beyond what we can see must be saving you from something or preparing you towards something.
So, instead of wallowing in doubt, ask the Holy Spirit to guide you in the place of prayer. Maybe it is strength you need or an alignment of heart. Or perhaps, you just need to wait on Him. Ask and believe that He will answer you.
