“And it shall come to pass, that every thing that liveth, which moveth, whithersoever the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither: for they shall be healed; and every thing shall live whither the river cometh.”
Ezekiel 47:9
A farmer once divided his farm into two equal lanes. On one end, a farmer did a lot of work, but he failed to water the plants. On the other end, he did same, but in addition regularly watered the plants.
The result: the first side of the farm, despite all the works, had dry leaves and weak roots. The other side grew green, and in the time of harvest, there was a bountiful reaping.
This is exactly what a life in Jesus looks like. Jesus is that river of life and Grace that causes everything it touches to bloom and blossom. Your life starts to shine, and shackles fall when Jesus resides and flows through it.
Your home becomes beautiful when Jesus is there. Your finances and business begin to flow easily when Jesus is there.
Just like you can always tell when plants in a farm have been watered, you can always tell a life in which Jesus is being allowed to flow through – everything lives.
Thought of the day: Let Jesus be Lord of your life by allowing Him have free reign, flowing without restraint in the affairs of your life.
