DO YOU VALUE WHAT YOU HAVE?

“Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works, which were done in you, had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes. “But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgment, than for you.”

Matthew 11:21-22

It is incredibly sad when the only time you realise the value of what you had is when you see it being used well in the hands of another. It is easy to assume that we do not have enough, until we realise that those doing mighty things were given the same thing as we or even lesser.

Understand the value of the gifts in your life now because the way you handle them determine how beautiful your tomorrow will be.

Though all Christians were given the gift of salvation, not all Christians strive to gain the fruit of the Spirit. While some receive salvation to become all they have been called to be and even strive to bring others into the joy of God, others live selfish and defeated lives.

Don’t be the latter Christian. Utilize what you’ve been given for the glory of God, lest it be said, “Woe unto thee”.

Thought for the day: You have all it takes to be all you’ve been created to be. God is counting on you.

Stay blessed.
