“A man’s heart deviseth his way: But the LORD directeth his steps”.
Proverbs 16:9
As humans, it is natural to plan or schedule our lives. However, without God’s direction, our plans can lead to unexpected and undesired outcomes. As believers, we should strive to follow God’s plan and purpose for our lives. We must remember that our lives belong to God, and His plans are always the best.
Even though we make plans, we should always commit them to God, only He can make all things possible. We should have the consciousness that we aren’t just living for ourselves, but for our Father who desires the best for us.
Just like the parable of the rich man in Luke 12:16-20; he planned but failed to commit his plans to the One who could make it possible to come to reality. The Bible says, “But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?”. A man that makes plans without committing them to God’s hand is likely regarded as a fool.
Only God can bring all things to pass. Remember, He has promised to give us an expected end. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Jeremiah 29:11. Hence, believe in Him and commit your ways, plans, and desires to Him, and He will make all things work for your good.
Prayer
Lord, I submit my ways, plans and desires to you; please, order my steps. I believe in your power to make all things well and trust that your guidance will lead me to success, may this be my reality in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Lord I commit my ways ,plans and desires to you please order my steps father
Amen in Jesus’ name. God bless you.
Everything God does comes with plan. He created man with an intent in his heart.
As humans,It’s pleasant to the ear to make plan because a man without plan is a man without direction. Trouble lies at the door of an individual who doesn’t make plan.
It’s more imperative and pleasant to lay our plans to the one who formed us because we are his products (Psalms 100:3).
Psalms 100:3
“Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.”
KJV Study Bible
It’s a privilege that we have power to make plans but we shouldn’t abuse it.
It’s our duty to commit our plan to God because the product doesn’t know more than the manufacturer. The product must dance to the tune of the manufacturer.
It’s our duty to commit our ways to God because it fascinate benefits and aim towards a good end.
What strike me most is the fact that we are likened to a fool the moment we feel we can make plans ourselves.
God knows the end from the beginning , that’s why we need to commit our ways to him because it shows total surrender.
God bless foomi
