THANK YOU, JESUS!

“Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?”

Exodus15:11

I want you to take a minute today and ponder on your life. Look as far back as you can remember, then take a pen and paper and begin to write the things you are grateful for. Be thoroughly honest with yourself, and look upon those times when it definitely couldn’t have been by your own power, look upon those times when you were foolish but Baba still brought beauty forth.

Look back on the day you came to know Him. Look at the doors He has opened. Remember His hands of forgiveness over you, completely embracing you with no reserve even after you had failed for the umpteenth time. Now, remember that hand strengthening you and giving you the wisdom to do what you were so sure you couldn’t do.

Remember! Remember the love of God. Remember the people He sent your way that acted as lifesavers in that period. Remember the times when you thought you were alone, but upon looking, God had been there all the time.

God is good! He is worthy of our praises! He is worthy to be lifted on high. There is none like Him in all this earth. He is good! And to think that the things we remember Him doing are the things we could see. What of the battles He fought and won for us while we just rested without a care? What of the ones we cannot see? He deserves our praise, indeed!

Prayer

1. Lord, I thank you for the gift of you. I’m grateful. I’m grateful. You are the best gift I have ever received. Thank you, Jesus.

2. Lord, I appreciate you for all you have done for me. For the ones I can see, and the ones I could not see. For the ones I asked for, and the ones that did not even occur to me to ask for. Baba! Thank you!

3. Lord, I thank you for your grace. Thank you!
