“Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds: That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.”
Colossians 4:3-5
Intercession is one of the most powerful yet often overlooked ministries in the life of a believer. Intercession fuels the advancement of God’s kingdom.
Intercession is more than personal prayer; it is standing in the gap for others. It is partnering with God to see His will established on earth. Through prayer, doors are opened, hearts are softened, and the gospel gains access to places it could not otherwise reach.
Today, take up this sacred responsibility. Pray for your family, your leaders, your community, and those who have not yet heard the gospel. Through intercession, you become a vital instrument in God’s redemptive plan.
Charge: Your prayers can reach places your feet may never go. They can break chains, open doors, and bring light into darkness.
