“Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.”
Luke 6:38
There are certain things that are inevitable in life: sow, and you will reap—it’s a certainty; jump from a high place, and you will fall—that’s absolutely true; resist the devil, and he will flee. The same principle applies to giving. Give, and it shall be given unto you. Just like you reap more fruits when you sow a seed, beyond the measure which you give—pressed down, shaken together, and running over—is what you will receive.
When we think of giving, the first example that usually comes to mind is God. He gave us His Son, and we see what was given as a result—freedom from sin, beauty for ashes, and a torn veil—giving us access to God. The law of giving is inevitable. It just works. So, learn to give with your whole heart.
Learn to give with no attachment or a feeling that you are owed something (entitlement). Learn to give from a pure and cheerful heart. Just give. And this isn’t about whether you’ll be rewarded by the person you gave to—they don’t owe you anything. But be rest assured, with the same measure you give, so shall it be measured to you again.
Charge: Give, and it shall be given unto you.

Thank you.
No giver goes unrewarded, especially when done from a pure heart.
